Ministry placement is a new initiative for 2017.

The aim of the scheme is to help people identify their gifts, nurture their sense of calling, gain experience of ministry, develop pastoral skills and grow in character.

It is designed for those who have completed the European School of Biblical Studies (or an equivalent course) and are seeking further context based training.

Each person is placed for one year in a local church under the supervision of one of our missionaries. During the year, EMF will provide ongoing theological training and pastoral support.
