Samuel and Tuuli Gandi are EMF Missionaries serving the Lord in Finland with the United Community Church. They live in the town of Kirkkonummi, near Espoo, and have a young son, Joosia.

Samuel and Tuuli met whilst serving in a church in Amsterdam. Tuuli is from Finland whereas Samuel is originally from India. They moved to Finland in 2022. Samuel was expecting to find a Christian country, but was shocked to find few healthy, Bible-believing churches, and wide spread nominal Christianity.

Samuel is currently a Pastoral Apprentice with the United Community Church serving in the neighbouring cities of Espoo and Helsinki, alongside the staff team there.  He is involved in preaching, leading small groups, gospel outreach and teaching. Both he and Tuuli have a real passion for planting healthy local churches, with a strong focus on biblical discipleship.

Plans for a church plant in Kirkkonummi (Samuel and Tuuli’s hometown), under the auspices of the United Community Church, are underway. A core group is currently meeting every Thursday, and they hope to commence public worship by the beginning of 2026.
