Viktorio was raised in a nominal Eastern Orthodox home in Skopje. At the age of 17, he went to the USA to finish high school. There he stayed with a Christian family that invited him to a Baptist church. The interdisciplinary and analytical approach to studying the Bible and the love of the people were the reasons that drew him to attend that church regularly. It was in that church context and through reading the Bible and praying that Viktorio surrendered his life to the Lord. The Lord Jesus conquered his restless heart and brought repentant faith.

He finished undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees with the University of Central Florida, and worked both at the university and in various industries.

Ever since he became a Christian Viktorio has had a burden for his native land. That burden increased more and more as he was growing in the faith and maturing. Eventually he decided to return and pursue missionary work.

Viktorio is a certified biblical counsellor, has done church ministry studies with the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and is currently doing a Master of Divinity degree with The Master's Academy International in Germany.

Eastern orthodoxy, Islam, and atheism are dominant in North Macedonia. The ground is hard, and most people are ignorant of the gospel. The evangelical churches are small and weak. There is a big need for evangelism, solid expository preaching, and Christian theological literature.
