Xavi was brought up in a Christian family and was converted at the age of 12 in a Youth Christian Camp. A few years later, he began a backsliding period that ended when he was 24 years old and the Lord called him back to the fold. Around that time, God renewed his call to serve Him and Xavi got baptized in the Church of Mallorca where he served for several years. After living in different cities and serving in a variety of ministries, he became a member of the Church of Ciudad Real in 2010.
Xavi came to study at EMF’s School of Biblical Studies in 2001 and in 2017 completed a Master of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi.
